Last updated: 03/11/2025

At Sober Relief, we believe in transparent and honest pricing. This policy explains how our product prices are displayed, how billing works for both one-time purchases and subscriptions, and what you can expect when placing an order with us.

Product Pricing

We currently offer three product options:

  • 30-day supply (single pack of 30 capsules)
  • 60-day supply (2 packs of 30 capsules)
  • 90-day supply (3 packs of 30 capsules)

All prices on our website are shown in GBP (ยฃ) and include all applicable taxes.
The final price you see at checkout is exactly what you will be charged.

Purchase Options

You can buy Sober Relief in two ways:

1. One-Time Purchase

A single, non-recurring order of your chosen supply (30, 60, or 90 days).

2. Subscribe & Save (Recurring Delivery)

Subscribers receive:

  • 10% off every renewal
  • Automatic delivery every 30 days (one-month cycle)
  • Free cancellation anytime
  • The ability to pause or change your subscription
  • Email reminders before each renewal

Subscription savings are automatically applied at checkout and remain active for as long as you stay subscribed.

How Subscription Billing Works

If you choose a subscription:

  • You will be billed automatically every 30 days.
  • Renewals continue unless you cancel.
  • Youโ€™ll receive an email reminder before each upcoming renewal.
  • You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime by contacting us or managing your account.

If you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be charged again.

Sales & Discounts

We may occasionally run promotions or seasonal sales.
When active, sale prices will be clearly displayed on the website.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be combined with subscription savings.
  • Sale prices only apply during the promotional period.

We do not offer free trials.

Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card (via Stripe)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout systems.

Price Changes

Product prices may change from time to time due to supplier or production costs.

  • Any price updates will be shown clearly on our website.
  • If you have a subscription, we will notify you in advance if your renewal price changes.

Refunds & Cancellations

For information on refunds, returns and order cancellations, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

To cancel your subscription, simply contact us before your next billing date.
