All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within:

1–3 working days
Most orders arrive within 2 working days

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 2pm, or during weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Order & Tracking Notifications

You will receive:

Order confirmation email
Dispatch confirmation email
Tracking details once your parcel is on its way

If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please email us at info@soberrelief.com, and we will help resolve the issue with Royal Mail.
