Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from Sober Relief. This policy explains when you can request a return or refund, how returns work, and what your rights are under UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
This statutory right applies regardless of the reason for return.
We cannot accept returns of opened products for safety and hygiene reasons.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days for statutory returns, or within 30 days for issues related to the product or service received.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products (for safety reasons)
When Refunds May Be Granted
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- You did not receive the product you ordered.
- The product you received was damaged on arrival.
- The product is not as described.
We may issue partial refunds for:
- Items returned after 30 days (if accepted)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
How Refunds Work
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If Your Refund is Delayed
If you havenโt received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your card provider โ posting refunds may take time.
- Contact your bank.
- If still unresolved, contact us at info@soberrelief.com.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items can only be refunded at the price paid.
Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
Important Product Safety Notice
For customer safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
All returned items must remain sealed and unused.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged in transit.

Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Used or opened products
- Items purchased more than 30 days prior
- Items not purchased directly from soberrelief.com
